We gladly except returns if you are dissatisfied with your order. Just notify us within 48 hours of your products being delivered by email and we will send you a return shipping label within 24 hours. 

Customizing:

After choosing your color tell us what you want on your Journal - Name & Initials (font styles: Script, Calligraphy, Blocked, Plain, Vine Monogram) , Company Logo (We will contact you within a hour or order placement to submit your Logo file) or simpply describe what you would like. After we have this information we will send your proof within 24 hours. Once you confirm the proof we will start your order, that simple! 

We can not do any designs that hold copyrights unless you can provide wirtten permission
